At Entrepreneur Club Berlin, we are proud to welcome Herolinda Metaj — a dynamic professional whose journey connects politics, culture, and community empowerment across borders.
🇩🇪 Currently serving as Head of Office for a CDU Bundestag Member in Berlin, Herolinda plays a key role in political coordination and communication at the heart of Germany’s federal decision-making. Before taking on this position, she managed communications at the CDU’s central headquarters, where she contributed to shaping the party’s national image and engagement strategy.
🌍 Born in Kosovo and raised between two cultures, Herolinda brings a unique intercultural perspective to everything she does. She studied Law at the University of Heidelberg, building strong foundations in governance, civic participation, and European affairs — skills that continue to shape her professional path.
Beyond her political career, Herolinda has been a strong advocate for civic inclusion and women’s empowerment. She has served as President of CDU Brühl-Rohrhof and is an active member of several Albanian cultural and women’s networks in Germany, working to strengthen dialogue and representation for the Albanian diaspora.
🏛️ Her experience at the Embassy of Kosovo in Berlin and at “Sami Frashëri” High School in Tirana deepened her understanding of German–Albanian relations, inspiring her mission to build bridges 🌉 between institutions, communities, and generations.
