Today, he lives and works in Berlin, where he serves as a Scientific Advisor for the public sector, focusing on the energy industry, particularly in mobility, renewable energy, and future technologies.
⚙️ At the Institute for Innovation and Technology (iit Berlin), Agon leads the Hydrogen Economy Coordination Team — a role that places him at the heart of Europe’s transition toward sustainable energy systems. His work supports the development of strategies and frameworks that connect research, industry, and policy to accelerate the hydrogen economy.
But Agon’s vision doesn’t stop there. As the Founder and Owner of Rea Consulting GmbH in Vienna, Austria, he empowers international enterprises to invest in German-speaking countries, access public funding (R&D&I), and connect with venture capital and investors. Through Rea Consulting, Agon bridges global innovation with European business opportunities, helping companies navigate complex funding landscapes and turn innovative ideas into scalable impact.
